Return & Refund Policy – Lemery Limited
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
However, if you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or an exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, or only lightly tried on.

Be returned in its original packaging and complete with all accessories.
Any item not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service immediately at contact@atelierchaussure.com, including clear photos of the item in question.
We will offer you either a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
Restocking Fees
No restocking fees are applied.
Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
These costs are non-refundable, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during return shipment.

Refunds
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The return is made within 30 days of receiving the order.

The product is sent back in its original condition and packaging.

No damage or stains are visible upon inspection.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation within 48 business hours.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items of equal value.
After receiving and checking your returned product, we will ship the replacement within 48 to 72 hours.
If the price differs, we will first issue a refund, and you may then place a new order for the desired item.
