Processing & Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can check the status of your order anytime on the “Track My Order” page available on our website.

Possible Delays
Lemery Limited cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, customs inspections, or peak periods.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after shipment, please contact our customer support team at contact@atelierchaussure.com so that an investigation can be initiated with the carrier.
Changing Your Delivery Address
Once your order is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
If you need to correct an address error, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order at contact@atelierchaussure.com.
Order Cancellation & Address Errors
You may cancel your order as long as it has not been processed or shipped.
After this period, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Lemery Limited cannot be held responsible for refused deliveries, undeliverable packages, or errors caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery and notify our customer service immediately.
