- How long does it take for delivery?
Delivery times include 1-2 days processing time (Monday to Sunday) and 6-10 days delivery time (Monday to Saturday). Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

- Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?
Our return policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in the condition you received it Or very lightly used . It must also be in its original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@atelierchaussure.com with details and photos of the problem. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
- Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you wish to make changes or cancel your order. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.
